Vidhya Sundaram, CPA, has over 25 years of tax and accounting experience. Her journey with the firm began in 2019 as a senior accountant and she worked her way up to becoming a tax director and leader of the tax department.
She provides federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals. She is well-versed in partnerships, C corporations, S corporations, Schedule C filings, and rental properties. Vidhya works with clients in a diverse array of industries, including but not limited to finance, technology, healthcare, real estate, and manufacturing. Her unique perspective illuminates operational, financial, organizational, and technical facets, driving holistic growth.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Vidhya assumes leadership in our Women’s Initiative group, championing empowerment and inclusivity within KRD. Additionally, she remains an active member of both the AICPA and Illinois CPA Society, contributing to the professional development and integrity of the field.
Outside of work, Vidhya finds joy in various hobbies and interests. She appreciates the artistry and storytelling of movies across genres. As a baseball enthusiast one of her ambitious goals is to visit all 30 MLB Baseball parks in the United States, and she’s well on her way, having already explored 17 of them. This pursuit not only feeds her passion for travel but also allows her to experience the unique charm and culture of each ballpark along the way.
