SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS, Sept. 9, 2024 – KRD, a leading accounting, business, and financial advisory firm, announced today that Mark Mirsky, tax partner, has been selected by Crain’s Chicago Business as a Notable Leader in Accounting, Consulting & Law.
The list recognizes top leaders in accounting, consulting, and law in Chicago.

Mirsky was recognized for his leadership within the firm and his contributions to tax education. He joined KRD when his firm, ROI Business Services, LLC, merged with KRD in 2022. He has an impressive history of teaching CPAs and EAs across the country as an instructor with TaxSpeaker, covering topics such as partnership, S corporation, C corporation, and individual taxation. He has also taught for respected organizations, including the AICPA, Western CPE, and Vern Hoven Tax Seminars. Outside of his professional work, he serves as the assistant varsity boys’ soccer coach at Bartlett High School.
