Janet Thullen has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, and has been at KRD since 1994. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and her graduate degree, a Masters of Science in Taxation, from DePaul University. Jan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.

Her professional accomplishments include experience as an IRS Examiner, review staff member, appeals office, Elijah Watts Sells award winner for the CPA exam. Prior to KRD, she worked for KPMG Peat Marwick for twelve years.

She and her husband, Bill, reside in Evanston with their two daughters
