Allen participates in several business organizations, reflecting the interests he shares with many of his clients. He has participated for many years in TMA, one of the leading Midwest manufacturing associations, the Illinois Venture Capital Association, the Online Lenders Alliance and the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association.

Allen Kutchins received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University and a Masters in Taxation at DePaul University. Allen has written several articles which have appeared in diverse publications. He currently serves on the advisory board of the DePaul University Coleman Entrepreneurship Center; senior advisory board of Kendall College School of Business; treasurer Kendall College Charitable Trust, president and board member Children’s Oncology Services, Inc.; trustee La Rabida Children’s Hospital and audit committee chair; and board member Alexander Graham Bell Montessori School.
Allen and wife Genie live in Glenview, Illinois. They have two daughters, Emily and Amy, and two grandchildren, Rachel and Joey. Allen enjoys fine art and elegant dining; spending quality time with family; and his work!
